Sam Harrison has a diverse background in both technology and customer service. Beginning a part-time role as a Barman at Sotheron Arms from September 2016 to September 2018, Sam provided support for various events including weddings and parties. Following this, a Web Content Intern position at the City of York Council in June 2019 involved gathering data to enhance the council's online presence. Sam then transitioned to software engineering roles, starting at Ocado Technology as a Rotation Software Engineer, where the development of applications and RESTful endpoints took place before moving to Zopa Bank in May 2025. Additionally, Sam has experience as an Associate Teacher for Oxfordshire Teacher Training, successfully managing lesson plans for secondary school students. Sam holds a First Class degree in Computer Science from the University of York, completed in 2021.
