Melissa Hack

Melissa Hack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in UX research and product design. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher and Product Design Manager at Zoro.com since February 2018, Melissa has also taken on a special assignment as Product Manager for E-Commerce Search, focusing on discovery and experimental initiatives. Prior to Zoro.com, Melissa held key positions at Bounteous as Product Design & Strategy Lead and at DigitasLBi_US as Lead Product Strategist. Melissa began her career at Isobar as a Senior Product Designer and has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science with Distinction in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from DePaul University.
