Shardul Dixit

Shardul Dixit is a Sales Enablement and Analytics Specialist at Zortify, where experience also includes serving as a Human Experience Management Consultant and Freelance Consultant. Prior roles include People and Wellbeing Advisor at Wellabee, an HR-Tech startup focused on employee engagement and well-being, and Research Intern at Maastricht University, where a diary study was conducted on temporal focus and work engagement. Shardul Dixit holds a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, along with an additional Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Philosophy, and Political Science from Ramnarain Ruia College.
