Bob Houben serves as the Directielid Vastgoed at ZOwonen, overseeing the teams responsible for vastgoed ontwikkeling and vastgoed beheer and onderhoud. With a wealth of experience in project management and facilities management from previous roles at Rabobank, Bob has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering team collaboration. Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from Hogeschool Zuyd and has participated in various leadership and project management programs, including at Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
