Ryan Gillon

Ryan Gillon currently serves as a Senior Enablement Manager at ZP Group, a technology and services organization, since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Enablement Systems Manager and Campus Recruiting Manager at Villanova University, where responsibilities encompassed student and family engagement in the admission process and extensive outreach efforts. Gillon has also held positions with the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling, focusing on professional development and conference planning, as well as experience in customer engagement at Crossing Vineyards and Winery, and production assistance at NBC Sports. Gillon began a career in higher education admissions at La Salle University, progressing to the role of Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission. Educationally, Gillon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Temple University.
