Our SOX/Internal Controls deliverables have varied from client to client and have included deliverables such as:

•	Programme / Project managing the E2E deliverables including all third-party suppliers.
•	Designing E2E processes including the production of comprehensive RACM’s (Risk and Control matrixes), process narratives and process flows
•	Carrying out Design effectiveness and operational effectiveness testing
•	Addressing the cultural challenges and working closely with Process owners, Control owners and control operators
•	Production of IUC/IPE/EUC libraries and carrying out testing on custom and standard reports. 
•	Managing the relationship with External Auditors to ensure an efficient sign off. 
•	Remediating a significant number of deficiencies and ensuring robust future processes are implemented.

ZRC have also delivered one of the largest SAP/S4 HANA Risk & Control implementation projects at BT as well as providing SOX support for clients such as Booking.com. 

Our SOX/Internal controls, subject matter experts specialise across both Financial and IT processes and controls.
