Eric Barker

Eric Barker is the current Principal at ZRG Partners. Prior to this, they were the Head of Executive Search at NTT DATA Services from December 2013 to April 2016. NTT DATA Services is a leading business and IT services provider with 80,000 professionals in over 40 countries. They offer consulting, application services, business process and IT outsourcing, and cloud-based solutions. Eric Barker specializes in financial services, with over 1,000 business consultants and 4,000 technology experts working with 25 leading financial institutions in North America.

Eric Barker went to Hofstra University and got a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Eric also got a certification from AIRS in Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE).

They work with Jason Kroon - Managing Consultant, Lisa Hooker - Managing Director, and Ken Martin - Managing Director. Eric Barker reports to Larry Hartmann, CEO.
