Alan Klackner has over two decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as an IT Manager at ZS since August 2011. In this role, Alan maximizes the value of IT services by assessing endpoint performance, collaborating with security teams to protect privacy, and innovating and streamlining endpoint management processes. Prior to ZS, Alan worked for Moreno Valley Unified School District for over eleven years as a Computer Technician, where responsibilities included managing technology support for over 1400 computers. Earlier experience as an Information Technology Consultant involved maintaining LAN/WAN connectivity and supporting various hardware and software installations. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from California State University-San Bernardino.
