Caroline Pottash is a seasoned professional in leadership development and coaching with experience as a Change Management/Communications Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from 2008 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Caroline served as a Professional Development Coach and later became the Leader of Coaching for the Americas at ZS, achieving ICF PCC certification. Currently, Caroline is pursuing a Certified Professional Coach designation at iPEC Coaching while also working towards a Master’s of Science in Anthrozoology at Canisius College and holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muhlenberg College.
