Darshan Sumant

Darshan Sumant is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as an Advanced Data Science Manager at ZS since October 2019, after advancing through multiple roles at the company. Previous experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at the Center for Municipal Finance and a Teaching Assistant for graduate courses at the University of Chicago. Darshan has held leadership and analytical roles at organizations such as Shakti, Dunia Finance, and GE, and co-founded BorrowSquare, the first online peer-to-peer sharing platform in India. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a BTech in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
