Deepa Ramakrishnan

Deepa Ramakrishnan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering, learning and development, and training management. Currently serving as Director-Human Resources Business Partner at ZS since January 2025, Deepa has been with ZS since December 2014 in various HR roles, focusing on aligning people strategy with business objectives and supporting leaders on people-related matters. Prior to ZS, Deepa held significant roles at Saama and ValueNotes, managing comprehensive training programs and competency development initiatives. Deepa holds an MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BCom in Marketing from Ness Wadia College of Commerce.
