Dev Dhama

Dev Dhama is an experienced professional with a background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. As a Machine Learning Intern at IBM from June 2022 to August 2022, Dev designed and deployed a chatbot using NLP frameworks and machine learning models. Currently, as a Business Technology Solutions Associate at ZS from November 2023 to September 2024, Dev develops and deploys machine learning models tailored to client needs and analyzes model performance to enhance predictive accuracy. Dev holds an undergraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, completed in 2023, and completed intermediate education at Birla Public School, Pilani, from 2017 to 2019.
