Jordan Less

Jordan Less is an Associate Principal at ZS Associates and a Board Member of Bpeace. With over 12 years of experience in management consulting, Jordan has specialized in life sciences, operating model design, organizational transformation, and capability building for both Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-size enterprises. Jordan previously served as an Advisory Manager and has held various roles at ZS, including Associate and Consultant. Additionally, Jordan has taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, guiding Master's students in their Consulting Practice capstone course. Jordan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Colgate University.
