Maxfield Bradshaw

Maxfield Bradshaw has extensive experience in engineering and consulting, with a strong background in mechanical design and project coordination. At Modern Niagara Group Inc., Maxfield served as Assistant Special Projects Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating bid requirements, managing project documentation, and performing mechanical trade work estimates. Subsequently, Maxfield worked at Husky Injection Molding Systems, progressing from Mechanical Designer Intern to Technical Lead, focusing on 3D modeling, stress analysis, and design validation. Most recently, at ZS, Maxfield held roles from intern to Strategy Insights & Planning Manager, contributing to strategic consulting projects. Maxfield holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
