Nicholas Dechristopher

Nicholas DeChristopher has extensive experience in talent acquisition and sales, most recently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at ZS from February 2020 to June 2022. In this role, Nicholas led the Technology Recruiting team, mentoring junior recruiters and developing global recruiting processes and training materials. Prior to this, Nicholas was a Talent Acquisition Partner at ZS, focusing on hiring for corporate and consulting support positions across various functions. Previous roles include Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, specializing in direct hire placements in accounting and finance, as well as sales positions at Prescription Advisory Systems & Technology and NextGen Healthcare. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
