Nitu Pathak is an experienced professional in talent development and learning services, currently serving as the Learning COE Global Lead and Head of Talent Development for India and East Asia at ZS. Prior roles include Learning and Talent Development Head for EMEA & LATAM at Sutherland, Senior Director of Consultant Learning Services at Sutherland Global Services Private Limited, and Site Head of Learning and Development at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. Nitu began a professional career at WNS Global Services as a Manager. Nitu holds degrees in Organizational Design and Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and in Learning Technologies Foundation and Applications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
