Schafer Newman

Schafer Newman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in military leadership and strategic consulting. As a Surface Warfare Officer with the US Navy from May 2012 to February 2017, Schafer held key roles including weapons officer and ship's navigator, eventually excelling as an officer recruiter, leading a team to surpass recruiting goals. Following military service, Schafer served as a Research Associate at UCLA Anderson School of Management and then as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Qral Group, focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Currently, Schafer works as a Strategy Consultant at ZS, leading commercial strategy projects in the travel and hospitality industries.
