Scott Robinson serves as the Head of HEOR at ZS since July 2025. Previously, Robinson was Vice President of HEOR at Inovalon from January 2022 to March 2025, where leadership was provided in health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence generation. Prior to that role, Robinson held the position of Principal at Avalere Health from January 2020 to December 2021, overseeing the Health Economics and Advanced Analytics team. At Premier, Inc., from December 2009 to January 2020, Robinson was a Principal in Applied Research and Analytics and also served as Principal Research Scientist, leading various research projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Research Associate and Research Associate at LCF Research and The New Mexico Health Information Collaborative from May 2000 to December 2009. Robinson has an extensive academic background with coursework toward PhDs in Health Services Research and Biostatistics, along with a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Sociology.
