Tejas Pradeep

Tejas Pradeep is an accomplished Senior Consultant at ZS, with a diverse background in consulting and strategy development, particularly in the healthcare sector. Tejas has held various positions at ZS since 2017, progressing from Associate Intern to Senior Consultant, and contributed to digital health strategy. Prior to returning to ZS, Tejas worked at Lyra Health as part of the Global Partnerships Strategy & Planning team. In addition to consulting roles, Tejas has experience in strategic planning and finance through internships at Breathe California of the Bay Area and Maxim Integrated. Tejas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, further solidifying a strong foundation in both business and analytical skills. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as President of The Berkeley Group, where Tejas also fulfilled roles such as VP of Projects and Project Impact Evaluation Chair.
