Amanda Lutton is a people-first recruiter passionate about fostering inclusion and belonging in the workplace. After beginning a vibrant career in fashion, Amanda transitioned into talent acquisition and has since held various roles, including Senior University Recruiter at Roku Inc. and Internal Talent Advisor at Oracle. Currently, Amanda serves as the Senior Program Manager of Talent Enablement at Zscaler while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Women and Gender Studies at St. Mary's College of California. Outside of professional endeavors, Amanda enjoys yoga, exploring coffee shops, and spending time with family.
