Andrei Georgescu

Andrei Georgescu is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Zscaler, bringing over a decade of experience in the software industry. They have worked in various critical performance and reliability sectors, including medical, finance, telecom, and security, and have designed and developed a wide array of systems from embedded applications to multi-tiered client/server architectures. Andrei has held various leadership roles, guiding teams through all stages of product development and showing a strong interest in software process improvement and architectural patterns. They hold a Master's degree in Distributed Computing and a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
