Angel Rivera

Angel Rivera has extensive experience in system administration, cyber operations, and network defense acquired over two decades in various roles within the US Army and associated organizations. Key positions include serving as a System Administrator for the US Army Reserves and DIGITALNET Government Solutions, overseeing critical communications and messaging systems. Angel Rivera has also held significant responsibilities as a Defensive Cyber Operations Planner and Senior Technical Advisor in the US Army, focusing on integrated information and cyber operations, technology evaluation, and oversight of cyberspace defense missions. Additional roles include Network Operations Planner, Cyber Security lead, and various operational positions, contributing to the development of Joint Doctrine and the management of defensive cyber operations. Angel Rivera is currently pursuing education at the University of Louisville.
