Frank Krantz

Frank Krantz is currently a Principal TAM at Zscaler, where they leverage their extensive background in Network Operations and Engineering to enhance operational stability and network availability. Previously, Frank served as a Senior Technical Account Manager and developed instruction for an “Introduction to Microcomputers” course at Penn State University. With a strong leadership role as Director of Network Services at MetLife, they managed daily operations, project activities, and a 19-member team while overseeing vendor relations. Frank holds a BS in Business Administration from Susquehanna University and an MS in Information Systems from Drexel University.
