Greg Samson is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Zscaler since March 2022, where Greg achieved recognition in the FY 2023 President’s Club. Previously, in a role as Lead Customer Success Manager at Citrix, Greg developed and executed strategic customer success plans for the New York Metro/New England region. Greg began his career as a Sales Executive at PHD - Help Desk Software, consistently exceeding sales targets before the company’s acquisition by CA Technologies. Greg holds a BS in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University.
