Jay Lall

Jay Lall currently serves as the VP of Global Tax at Zscaler, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Jay was a Senior Director of Tax at ServiceNow from July 2016 to September 2022 and held roles as Senior Director of Tax Operations and Tax Director at SanDisk between August 2013 and June 2016. Jay's earlier experience includes a tenure at Deloitte as a Tax Director from May 2006 to July 2013, and a role as a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2006. Additionally, Jay served on the Board of Directors of the Tax Executives Institute (TEI) - Silicon Valley Chapter from July 2016 to July 2023. Jay holds a Master’s degree in Accounting - Tax from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
