John Carelli

John Carelli is the Vice President of Sales for Enterprise West at Zscaler, where they lead the sales team focusing on Enterprise accounts in the Western US region. They previously held various leadership roles at ServiceNow, including Area Vice President for the Financial Services Vertical, and served as a Chief of Staff in the Americas Sales division. Before that, John worked at EMC Corporation, managing key accounts and leading dedicated teams responsible for relationships with Microsoft. Their early career included an Account Manager position at PTC, where they managed accounts for small to mid-sized manufacturing companies in the Northwest. John earned a BS in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
