Josh MacKey

Josh Mackey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical content development and training management. Currently serving as a Technical Content Developer at Zscaler since April 2022, Josh previously held various roles at Four Winds Interactive from October 2012 to April 2022, culminating as Training Product Manager, where responsibilities included leading the development of training materials and managing audio/video production. Prior roles at Four Winds Interactive included Sr. Training Specialist and Training Specialist, focusing on client training and certification delivery.
