Michael Alesi has an extensive background in technical account management, system administration, and desktop support. With experience in various companies such as Zscaler, Moelis & Company, and ING Financial Services, Michael has provided technical support for hundreds of users globally in Windows 7 and XP environments. In addition to their professional roles, Michael is also an adjunct professor at Molloy University, teaching computer system intro, computer applications, visual basic, and web applications. Graduating with a Master of Business Administration in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, Michael continues to excel in the IT industry with their diverse skill set.
