Michael Kuperman

Michael Kuperman is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Reliability Officer and General Manager at Zscaler, as well as Senior Vice President of Cloud Operations and Ecosystems. Kuperman has also been an Advisory Board Member at Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence since May 2024 and previously held the same role at Intricately from June 2014 to March 2022. Prior to Zscaler, Kuperman worked at Akamai Technologies from January 2012 to May 2016 as Senior Director of Business Development and at Cotendo as Vice President of Operations from December 2009 to December 2011. Kuperman’s career includes significant roles at cdnetworks and Akamai, including managing operations with an emphasis on global network operations, and owning Nightvisionmall.com—a company providing optical equipment to military and law enforcement. Early in the career, Kuperman worked as an Operations & Infrastructure Manager at Netli Inc., leading a team responsible for 24x7 NOC and IT operations, and held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at Genesys from 1998 to 2001.
