Michael Legath

Michael Legath, MPA, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture in Human Resources at Zscaler, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of People & Communities for Cisco Security, overseeing HR for over 4,500 employees and contributing to Cisco's SaaS and cloud-native security initiatives. Michael's extensive HR experience at Cisco includes leading a team that supported approximately 22,000 employees globally and collaborating with senior executives on strategic HR initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Barton College.
