Ron Tait

Ron Tait is a seasoned Network Security Engineer with extensive experience in support and escalation engineering roles. Currently a Senior Escalation Engineer at Zscaler, Ron collaborates with engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues while mentoring less experienced engineers. Previously, Ron held positions at Broadcom Software and Blue Coat Systems, where they developed strong technical documentation skills and supported enterprise clients. Ron also served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Utah National Guard and is pursuing both an Associate's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Western Governors University.
