Ryan McArthur is a versatile Executive and decorated Retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer with over two decades of experience in driving innovation in information technology. Previously, they served as the Senior Technical Advisor at the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Information Enterprise, overseeing enterprise networks for the Department of Defense, and led the $400M Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability Program Management Office. Ryan currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer for the Public Sector at Zscaler, where they continue to apply their extensive technical expertise to guide Cloud Zero Trust Operations at a strategic level. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management from Trident University International and completion of the U.S. Army Information Systems Technician Course.
