Sachin Kumar is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in cloud reliability and quality assurance, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Engineering for Core ZIA at Zscaler since November 2016. With a strong background in testing and engineering, positions held at Zscaler include Vice President of Engineering and Senior Director of Cloud Reliability and QA, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of cloud reliability, functional and system testing, and management of critical customer escalations. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Engineering QA at Enlighted, QA Architect/Lead at Zscaler, and Senior Technical Leader at Cisco, among others.
