Thomas Hams

Thomas Hams is an experienced Professional with a strong background in technical account management and network engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager I at Zscaler since April 2018. Thomas has successfully troubleshot issues related to Zscaler Private Access and played a vital role in mentoring junior network engineers and providing consultation to new hires. Prior to Zscaler, Thomas worked as an English teacher at various institutions, delivering lessons to business professionals and adult students across different proficiency levels. Thomas holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Wroclaw and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and Religious Studies from Arizona State University.
