Tom Flaherty is an experienced sales engineer with a strong background in supporting large and complex multinational customers. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Zscaler since November 2021, Tom has previously held key positions such as Solutions Architect at Lumen Technologies and Senior Lead Sales Engineer at CenturyLink. Tom's expertise encompasses consulting and designing solutions for enterprise customers, utilizing a wide array of technologies including MPLS, Internet, SIP, and Security. Earlier roles include Sales Engineering Manager at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise and Level 3 Communications, as well as extensive pre-sales technical support experience at Sprint. Tom holds a BS from Milwaukee School of Engineering, an AS in Electro Mechanical Technology from Moraine Park Technical College, and additional education from the University of Wisconsin.
