Tommy Shing

Tommy Shing is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in escalation engineering and customer support, currently serving as a Sr. Principal Escalation Engineer at Zscaler since December 2015. In this role, Tommy supports the global customer services team, resolving high-level escalations and authoring documentation for cloud incidents. Previously held the position of Principal Escalations Engineer at Zscaler, where responsibilities included embedding with key customer contacts to facilitate product integration. Prior experience includes roles at Meru Networks and Hawaii Pacific Health, with a strong foundation in electrical engineering obtained through a Master's from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's from Santa Clara University.
