Tricia Halbert

Tricia Halbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner enablement and sales training across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Partner Enablement at Zscaler since May 2025, Tricia previously held positions at ServiceNow, where responsibilities included coaching Partner Strategists and developing Partner Enablement strategy. Tricia's earlier roles include Director of Partner Talent Strategy and senior management positions focused on enablement strategies, instructional design, and project management. Prior experience at Apple involved developing training programs for Verizon Wireless, while earlier roles at Ascolta, LLC, and Verizon involved significant account management and training leadership. Tricia holds a BA in English and German Literature from California State University, Fullerton, and two MA degrees in Organizational Leadership and Development from Chapman University.
