Tulika C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and product support. Since June 2019, Tulika has been with Zscaler, holding the positions of Manager and Team Lead in Technical Account Management, along with serving as a Technical Account Manager. Prior to this, Tulika worked at Citrix from August 2014 to May 2019 as a Senior Product Support Engineer in Priority Services, specializing in in-depth problem analysis of Citrix products within enterprise environments, and previously held roles as a Product Support Engineer and Associate Network Support Engineer. Tulika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Hitkarini College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2014, and has an academic background from St. Joseph's Convent Senior Secondary School in Jabalpur.
