Bret Gray

Bret Gray currently serves as the Director of Business Strategy at ZSD, a position held since October 2022. Prior roles include Director of Acquisitions at Ranquist Development Group Inc. and Development Associate at CAMPBELL COYLE, both from November 2017 to October 2022. Bret's experience also encompasses working as an Associate Tenant Rep Broker at Bradford Allen Realty Services from July 2015 to November 2017, where advisory services were provided for client office needs. Prior to that, a role in the Commercial Banking Training Program at The PrivateBank focused on loan presentations and credit analysis occurred in 2014-2015. Bret began a career in finance as an Analyst at Finjitsu Research from 2013 to 2014. Educationally, Bret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation and Technology Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
