Diego Bolanos

Diego Bolanos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill since January 2019, Diego previously held the same title at Taco Guild from February 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, Diego worked as Executive Chef for CONCEPT ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, LTD. in Gilbert, Arizona from October 2015 to January 2019. Diego's culinary journey also includes a role as Executive Chef at Pura Vida Latin Cuisine from May 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included ordering, scheduling, hiring, training, and menu development. Diego's early career features a position as a chef at The Field Organic Restaurant from February 2012 to March 2014.
