Michael Ross

Michael Ross is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at zTrip since March 2023, Michael previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Healthcare Solutions Holdings Inc. from July 2019 to March 2023, following a tenure as Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Fleet Manager at Warren Transport and as a National Account Executive at Echo Global Logistics, where Michael developed and maintained key account relationships. Michael began the career as a Guest Service Representative at Gateway Hotel & Conference Center. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, obtained in 2015.
