Victoria Plummer

Victoria Plummer is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and transportation industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations - West at Zūm since February 2022, Victoria oversees all operations for Zūm Transportation in the West Coast and new startup locations nationwide. Previously, Victoria held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Extended Stay America from September 1998 to July 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing guest satisfaction and profitability across 580 properties in the US and Canada. Victoria also has a history of regional operational leadership and co-ownership in various ventures, including Crossfit 425, SkyZone Indoor Trampoline Park, and Red Mango, Inc. Educationally, Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from Florida State University and attended Watford Grammar School for Girls.
