Ellen D'Astous

Ellen D'Astous, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior HR Generalist at Zumper since September 2019, providing HR business partner support, managing employee relations, and overseeing benefits administration and compliance processes. With a strong background in human resources, Ellen has also held roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at Zumper, where responsibilities included developing learning programs and restructuring performance management systems. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Kodiak Cakes, managing executive schedules and communication, and various instructional roles at the University of Utah, where Ellen designed curricula and taught French language courses. Ellen holds a Master's degree in French language and literature and a Bachelor's degree in French and Italian language and literature from the University of Utah.
