John Heier has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John began their career in 1985 as a Rural Line Inspector at WEB Rural Water, where they ensured the proper installation of rural water pipelines and maintained progress reports. In 1987, they joined Student Loan Finance Corporation as an AVP in Loan Servicing, and they held this position until 2008. During their time there, they gained expertise in managing loan operations. In 2008, they moved to Xerox Education Services, Inc, where they held various managerial roles, including overseeing Default Teams and Print Services for FFEL and Private Loans. John stayed with the company until 2014 when they joined Student Loan Finance Corporation as VP of Loan Servicing, overseeing transaction processing, claims, customer service, and collections. Their most recent position was as Vice President of Loan Servicing at ZuntaFi, starting in February 2021. These roles demonstrate their extensive experience in loan servicing, customer resolutions, and operations management.
John Heier received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Northern State University, where they attended from 1980 to 1984.
