Brandon Desch

Brandon Desch's work experience begins in 1992 at FedEx Freight, where they started their career in HR and progressed to recruiting and employee relations for the western states. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as an HR Manager for Cadence Design Systems, where they were responsible for employee relations, compensation design, performance management, and executive coaching. Brandon then joined Spinner.com as an HR Manager until 2001 when it was acquired by AOL. From 1999 to 2004, Desch worked at America Online, Inc. as a Sr HR Manager, and also held the position of HR Director at MarketTools from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Head of Human Resources at adBrite, where they were responsible for complete HR and office management. Desch then joined Salesforce.com as the Director of Employee Success from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at LendingClub as the HR Business Partner Leader, leading a team of HR Business Partners and providing people consultation and services to the Technology organization, lines of business, and credit and enterprise risk organizations. Currently, Desch holds the position of HR Business Partner Leader, GTM (Sales, Marketing and Services) at Zuora, starting from 2020.

Brandon Desch attended California State University, Chico from 1986 to 1991. It is unknown what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. Prior to their enrollment at the university, they attended Washington High, although the dates of attendance are not provided.
