Cassandra Jones

Cassandra Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Cassandra worked at Zuora from May 2017 to November 2021, where they held various positions including Solution Architect, Level 2 Solution Architect, Team Lead - Solution Architect, Team Lead - Senior Solution Architect, Regional Global Services Manager - Solution Architecture, and most recently, Regional Global Services Sr. Manager - Solution Architecture. Prior to that, they worked at Manhattan Associates from May 2012 to April 2017, starting as an Associate Consultant and progressing to Consultant and Senior Consultant. Before that, they worked at Georgia Pacific as an Inventory Analyst from June 2011 to December 2011.

Cassandra Jones obtained a degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications as a Zuora-Certified Consultant from Zuora in November 2020, and as a Zuora-Certified Business Analyst from Zuora in August 2019.
