Charles Taggert

Charles Taggert has held various roles throughout their work experience. Charles started their career in 2003 as a Consultant at CGI, formerly known as American Management Systems, and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Analyst at Convergys. In 2008, they joined CGI as a Senior Consultant and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2012, they started working at Zuora as a Solution Architect and held various positions within the company, including Senior Solution Architect, Solution Architect 3, and currently serving as the Principal Solution Architect. In addition to their roles in the tech industry, Charles also had leadership positions at HOA, serving as the HOA Treasurer from 2013 to 2014 and as the HOA President from 2014 to 2016.

Charles Taggert obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Zuora Billing Certified Analyst and Zuora Billing Certified Consultant from Zuora University in January 2023, and the Zuora-Certified Business Analyst from Zuora in July 2019.
