Daniel L.

Director, EMEA Application Support at Zuora

Daniel L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniel began their career at Bank of Ireland in 2006 as an Information Systems Auditor, where they worked until 2009. Daniel then joined Enterprise Registry Solutions as a Senior Technical Consultant and later became the Manager of Application Support, holding this role from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, Daniel joined Zuora and took on the role of Senior Application Support Engineer until 2018. Daniel was subsequently promoted to Manager, EMEA Application Support and then to Senior Manager, EMEA Application Support. Most recently, in May 2022, Daniel assumed the position of Director, EMEA Application Support at Zuora.

Daniel L. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Telecommunications from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Daniel then pursued a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the same university, completing the program from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Daniel L. obtained various certifications including ITIL® Foundation from APMG International in March 2014 and PRINCE2® Practitioner from the same institution in December 2013. Daniel is also an OKR Expert certified coach, specializing in OKRs, alignment, and measurement.
