Danny Grasso

Danny Grasso has extensive work experience in talent acquisition, executive search, sales, and account management. Danny started their career in 1989 as an Account Executive at DiskXpress, where they sold satellite broadcasting equipment and collaborated with SKY TV on their service launch. From 1999 to 2005, Danny worked as the Head of Sales at Press Association, managing a team and creating contacts across telecom, technology, and media companies in Europe. In 2005, they co-founded The Ben Bayley Partnership, offering executive search services to technology companies globally. Danny joined Zuora in 2013 as a Principal in Talent Acquisition, focusing on building the international organization. Over their tenure, they made over 200 hires for the company. Danny was promoted to Senior Manager in 2018 and later became the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA. At Zuora, Danny played a key role in shifting the focus of companies towards delivering recurring, people-centric services.

Danny Grasso obtained their LL.B(Hons) degree in Law from the University of Bedfordshire, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
