Evan Chung has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Evan started their career as the University & College Ministry Intern at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley in 2006. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Director of Youth Ministry at Trinity Presbyterian Church. In 2012, they transitioned to Zenfolio, Inc as a Customer Success Manager, providing support and consulting services for post-closed won customers. Evan later became the User Loyalty Marketing Manager, managing priority customers, creating content, and developing industry partnerships. In 2016, Evan joined ShootDotEdit as the Director of Customer Success, where they developed customer outreach programs and retention strategies. Evan also served as the Senior Product Manager for Fotoskribe. In 2017, Evan joined Zuora, initially working as the Customer Success Product Adoption Manager, driving product adoption and managing multi-channel campaigns. Evan later took on roles as the Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, Head of Video, and currently holds the position of Head of Digital Media. Throughout their career, Evan has demonstrated expertise in customer success, marketing, and digital media.
